They are very much like cellophane or bean thread noodles in taste and texture BUT they have no net carbs or calories. You can use konjac foods in place of regular pasta --- for having it with butter and grated cheese. You would boil it for 15 minutes first then toss it in a saute pan with the butter and cheese.
